I let the manager on duty know everything, she was extremely apologetic however, an apology didn't fix the fact that I paid $225 for a dirty space with unwelcoming people. The bathroom had roaches, toilet tissue all over the seats, the party room was dirty, the staff was very unprofessional and not welcoming, our child 1 and 2 year olds forced to go up and downstairs to go play on the playground area. I had my daughter's 2nd birthday party at the West Market, Greensboro NC location and everything was horrendous. Terrible experience! Do not recommend to my worst enemy.
